If you're unsatisfied for any reason with any of our products, return the items purchased within 30 days, and we'll promptly exchange them or issue a refund.
EXCEPTION: We cannot accept returns of monogrammed or custom items or items that have been washed. (Wide crib rail covers and Minky or Sherpa backed blankets are considered custom). All crib bumpers, curtains and fabric yardage are not returnable. All sale items are final sale.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all New Arrivals products, other than the exceptions listed above. If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, you may send it back to us within 30 days in its original packaging for a full refund. Returned bedding items must be unwashed.
We do not refund the cost of shipping for returned items.
To return or exchange an item, please mail back your package to the New Arrivals, Inc. return address on your package label with the following information:

- Phone Number
- Reason for return or exchange.
- Order Number
