If you're unsatisfied for any reason with any of our products, return the items purchased within 14 days, and we'll promptly exchange them or issue a refund. EXCEPTION: We cannot accept returns of monogrammed or custom items and all sale items are final sale.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
That's fine, simply give us a call at (904) 246-0687 and we can take your credit card information over the phone, and get your order processing the same day.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. You can order online or over the phone at (904) 246-0687. We only accept credit cards over the phone.
If the shipping address is in the continental United States, your order will be shipped via USPS Ground or FedEx, and should arrive within four to seven business days, plus 1-2 days processing time. We do offer shipping to Puerto Rico and Canada through USPS or FedEx International/Ground Express. Bedding orders ship within 5-7 days of the date you place your order.
If you are experiencing an extra-long waiting time for your order to arrive, please email us at email@example.com to check on your order.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all New Arrivals products, other than the exceptions listed above. If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, you may send it back to us within 14 days in it's original packaging for a full refund. We do not refund the cost of shipping for returned items.
