I spent Saturday in NYC attending the 2015 American Made Summit sponsored by Martha Stewart.  Small businesses were honored for being selected as a 2015 Honorees for their vision, dedication, craftsmanship and innovation.  It was a day spent learning and exchanging ideas with successful entrepreneurs from a variety of industries:  Lo Bosworth (founder The Lo Down), Ingrid Nilsen (YouTube personality), Arianna Huffington (cofounder of the Huffington Post), Sonia Kashuk (make up guru/Target brand), Dylan Lauren (founder, Dylan"s Candy Bar), Alli Webb (founder of The Drybar), Emeril Lagasse (chef & tv personality), Piera Luisa (director of @refinery29), Freye Estreller & Natasha Case (founders of Coolhaus) and many more.  And of course we got to hear from the queen herself Martha Stewart throughout the day!

Overall, it was a great day to learn from the nation's most influential innovators and successful small-business owners in the home offices of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.  For more information on the American Made & the Summit, visit Martha Stewart American Made.
