If you're unsatisfied for any reason with any of our products, return the items purchased within 14 days, and we'll promptly exchange them or issue a refund, unless listed in the product exceptions listed below.
Exceptions: We cannot accept returns of custom items, including: Wooden Framed Letters, Monogram Plaques, Monogram Wall Hooks, Custom Bedding or any other custom made items. All Sale Items are Final Sale.

What credit cards do you accept?

If you live in the US, please plan on 2-5 days for order processing. If you are ordering a custom item, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks. If you live in Canada or any other international countries it will take longer. Custom Bedding orders take 4-6 weeks. View the shipping page for more information.
If the shipping address is in the continental United States, your order will be shipped via FEDEX Ground and should arrive within seven to ten business days, plus 1-2 days processing time. Custom Orders take extra time, depending on the item.
At this time, we can ship outside the 48 contiguous states. International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will result in significantly higher shipping charges than stated on our website. Please call our Customer Service for specific information regarding international orders.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all New Arrivals products, with the exception of custom made orders. If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, you may send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund. We do not refund the cost of shipping for returned items.
Exception: Custom and Sale items are not returnable.
